This venture includes renovating a four-story building to house 80
assisted-living apartments for seniors as well as a medical center which
will provide comprehensive healthcare services for low-income seniors.

The design process is progressing in the
latest phases of this Norstar project which will consist of one 70 unit,
three-story mixed brick and sided senior independent living facility as well as 13 detached duplex homes.

Civil Engineer: Nowak and Fraus Engineers Mechanical Engineer: Potapa-Van Hoosear Engineers, Inc. New construction of a 37,608 square foot, 39-unit, three-story all brick senior independent living facility for the Volunteers of America. Construction is expected to start in the spring of 2012. |

New construction of a 34,209 square foot, three story, 38-unit senior
apartment building. Facility will also feature common space and
amenities for the residents. Construction is expected to begin in the
spring of 2012.
