A successful project is built on the foundation of diligent planning.  At a project's inception, our preconstruction team begins working with owners to ensure that the job is functionally and financially viable. In addition to estimating, the preconstruction team facilitates design decisions, evaluations, value engineering, scheduling, constructability reviews, and more. Design costs, permitting, land acquisition, and life-cycle costs may also be evaluated.

LEAN Construction delivers a project with minimum waste of materials, time, and effort in order to generate the maximum possible amount of value. A key component to this strategy is pull scheduling, or reverse-phase scheduling, which requires collaboration of all project participants at the early stages of the endeavor and continuing throughout all phases of construction. Based on a master schedule with key milestones, pull scheduling begins with a scheduling workshop during which all stakeholders develop a specific plan for each phase of construction. The object is to keep the team working on well-defined deliverables at a reliable and predictable pace in order to eliminate re-work and waiting.
