Basan Restaurant

Historic building gains new life — and flavor.
A once-vacant space in Detroit’s Eddystone Building
was transformed into Basan, a 4,000 SF, 77-seat
high-end restaurant. The buildout revitalized the
historic site, added dining near Little Caesars Arena,
and overcame MEP and logistics challenges tied to
the building’s age and location.
