With 231 market rate apartments, retail and parking, this new construction development provided much needed housing in Detroit’s new center neighborhood. The building’s structural system consisted of a two-story post-tensioned concrete podium with five-stories of Cold Formed Metal Famed (CFMF) and Composite (steel and concrete) decks.
